Attorney Vidal Velázquez’s distinguished career includes significant public service roles in the Puerto Rico Department of Justice. He served as Inspector General of the Puerto Rico Department of Justice and of the Special Investigations Bureau of the Puerto Rico Department of Justice, overseeing internal integrity, investigations, and compliance. He also held the position of Assistant District Attorney (Fiscal Auxiliar) for the Puerto Rico Department of Justice, where he prosecuted criminal cases and gained in-depth experience with the Commonwealth’s criminal justice system. These roles provide him with unique insight into government operations, investigations, and courtroom procedures—valuable expertise that informs his current practice, particularly in criminal defense, corporate compliance, and complex litigation.

He served as General Counsel for QSA Oil & Gas, USA LLC and QSA Oil & Gas, PR, Inc., while also acting as their Representative for Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and Latin America, as well as Managing Director and Resident Agent. Attorney Vidal Velázquez has provided legal services to Peerless Oil & Chemicals, Inc. in Puerto Rico and is the Founder of PBC Constructions, Inc., a company focused on government contracts in Puerto Rico.
