Attorney Darío Ewray Vidal Velázquez is a licensed attorney and real estate broker based in Ponce, Puerto Rico, with 30 years of legal experience serving clients throughout the island and internationally. He provides focused, results-oriented representation in real estate law, probate and estate administration, criminal defense, family law, corporate law, contracts, and immigration.

With extensive knowledge of Puerto Rico’s legal framework and the local real estate market—particularly in Ponce and the southern region—Attorney Vidal Velázquez offers clear guidance and strategic solutions. His dual role as an attorney and licensed real estate broker enables comprehensive support for property transactions, title matters, disputes, and related legal needs.

Attorney Vidal Velázquez’s distinguished career includes significant public service roles in the Puerto Rico Department of Justice. He served as Inspector General of the Puerto Rico Department of Justice and of the Special Investigations Bureau of the Puerto Rico Department of Justice, overseeing internal integrity, investigations, and compliance. He also held the position of Assistant District Attorney (Fiscal Auxiliar) for the Puerto Rico Department of Justice, where he prosecuted criminal cases and gained in-depth experience with the Commonwealth’s criminal justice system. These roles provide him with unique insight into government operations, investigations, and courtroom procedures—valuable expertise that informs his current practice, particularly in criminal defense, corporate compliance, and complex litigation.

His professional background further extends to corporate governance, international business, and cross-border representation. He has served as Corporate Secretary for Prime Agro-Industrial Corporation (PAIC) in Senegal, demonstrating involvement in global agro-industrial operations. As Authorized Representative for Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and Latin American countries, he has represented prominent organizations including:

CTIP First Investment, Inc.
CTIP-Global Consulting Group, LLC

In addition, he has held leadership roles such as Managing Director and Member of the Board, Director of the Legal Division, and Shareholder at CTIP First Investment, Inc. (CTIP FII). He served as General Counsel for QSA Oil & Gas, USA LLC and QSA Oil & Gas, PR, Inc., while also acting as their Representative for Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and Latin America, as well as Managing Director and Resident Agent. Attorney Vidal Velázquez has provided legal services to Peerless Oil & Chemicals, Inc. in Puerto Rico and is the Founder of PBC Constructions, Inc., a company focused on government contracts in Puerto Rico.

These experiences—spanning public sector oversight, prosecution, international corporate leadership, energy sector counsel, and construction/government contracting—underscore his proficiency in handling multifaceted legal challenges, from criminal and investigative matters to business formation, contracts, and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
